Standard orders are shipped via J&T Express. For urgent same-day delivery, customers may self-arrange via Lalamove or Grab Express.

J&T Express Malaysia – Standard Delivery

Our primary logistics partner for all standard domestic shipments. Covers Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Tracking number provided upon dispatch.

URGENT

Lalamove / Grab Express – Urgent Same-Day Delivery

For urgent orders where you need parts the same day, we support customer self-arranged pick-up via Lalamove or Grab Express (or equivalent on-demand delivery platforms). We understand that urgent mechanical needs cannot wait.

? All Lalamove / Grab bookings are made and paid for entirely by the customer. We do not book or pay for on-demand couriers on your behalf.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends / public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and your delivery postcode. Rates are determined by J&T Express standard pricing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your J&T Express tracking number. You can track your parcel at:

Parcel Recording Requirement

? Required for all deliveries

You must video-record the unboxing of every parcel in a single uncut take before opening it. The recording must clearly show the sealed parcel with tracking label and the complete unboxing process. Without this recording, we cannot process any claim for missing items or transit damage.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (lost) or the delivery date (damaged).
  2. Provide your order number, J&T tracking number, and unboxing video (for damage claims).
  3. We will lodge a formal claim with J&T Express and keep you updated on the outcome.

Urgent Delivery – Lalamove / Grab Express

How it works

We fully support urgent dispatch for time-sensitive orders. If you need parts the same day, you may book a Lalamove, Grab Express, or equivalent on-demand courier to collect from our premises and deliver directly to you.

  1. Contact us first – WhatsApp or email us to confirm item availability and that your order is ready for collection before you book the driver.
  2. Complete your purchase – Your order must be fully paid on our website before we prepare the parcel.
  3. Book the driver yourself – Open Lalamove or Grab Express, set the pick-up address to our location (provided upon confirmation), and set your address as the drop-off. You pay the courier fee directly in the app.
  4. Share driver details – Send us the driver name, vehicle plate, and estimated pick-up time via WhatsApp so we can have your parcel ready at the door.
  5. Driver collects – We hand the parcel to the driver. Risk of loss transfers to you upon the driver collecting the parcel from our premises.

? Important – Customer Responsibility

All on-demand delivery bookings (Lalamove, Grab, etc.) are made and paid for entirely by the customer. Revoluzion Automotive does not arrange, pay for, or take responsibility for on-demand courier bookings.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or theft that occurs after the parcel is collected by your booked driver. Any dispute regarding transit must be raised directly with the courier platform.

The standard parcel recording requirement still applies – you must video-record the unboxing upon receiving the parcel.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Malaysia only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • On-demand courier (Lalamove / Grab) is available for local orders where our premises and your location are within the platform's service area.
