1. About Us

Revoluzion Automotive operates an online automotive performance parts store serving retail customers and approved dealers in Malaysia and internationally. We sell AN fittings, hydraulic components, carbon fibre parts, performance accessories, and related goods.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from this website you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of forming a binding contract under Malaysian law
• Provide accurate and truthful information at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including accounts involved in fraudulent activities, chargebacks, or abuse.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at zack@revoluzion.io.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud, or violate these Terms.

4. Dealer Accounts

• Dealer pricing is available exclusively to approved business accounts – approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.
• Dealer pricing is confidential – you agree not to disclose dealer pricing to any third party.
• No credit terms. All dealer orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Dealer status is not transferable and may be revoked at any time.

5. Products & Compatibility

Product descriptions, specifications, and fitment guides are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a warranty of accuracy or compatibility.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that any product you purchase is compatible with your vehicle or application. We strongly recommend verification with a qualified automotive technician before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• SST is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable and displayed separately at checkout.
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency).
• Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. No credit terms are offered to any customer.
• In the event of a pricing error resulting in an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

7. Order Formation

A binding contract is formed only when:

1. You submit your order through checkout
2. Payment is successfully processed in full
3. We send you an Order Confirmation email

Placing items in the cart does not constitute an order or reservation of stock.

8. Strict No Refund Policy

Once payment is processed and an Order Confirmation is issued, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following limited circumstances:

• Wrong item dispatched by us – We will arrange collection and reship the correct item at no cost to you.
• Product unavailable after payment – Full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
• Verified transit damage – Subject to the parcel recording requirement below.

The following are not grounds for a refund:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect fitment due to buyer error
• Incompatibility discovered after purchase
• Delay in shipping outside our control

Standard orders are dispatched via J&T Express. For urgent same-day delivery, customers may self-arrange an on-demand courier (e.g. Lalamove or Grab Express) to collect directly from our premises.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, images, logos, and design – is owned by or licensed to Revoluzion Automotive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Revoluzion Automotive shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Loss arising from vehicle damage due to incorrect fitment
• Shipping delays, loss, or damage by the courier

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage resolution of disputes amicably in the first instance by contacting us at zack@revoluzion.io.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
